Refund & Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns:
Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or defective products reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds:
Once the return is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original mode of payment.
Cash on Delivery Orders:
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
